Alexander Dill is a Chicago-based university and in-house instructor, scholar, and corporate advisor specializing in financial regulation, model risk management, and general risk management and compliance. He worked in the SEC's Trading and Markets Division in broker-dealer and anti-manipulation regulation, and Moody's Investors Service, where he helped design and implement a first-of-its-kind rating compliance system following the Enron and WorldCom accounting scandals. At Moody's, he also rated securitization bonds and headed the firm's global covenant quality service for high-yield bonds and leveraged loans.
